Hey all! Welcome to MPS Voices! I’m Manny Hill, Executive Producer of MPS Voices, and I’m going to give you a little bit of a rundown of what MPS Voices is and what we aspire it to be in the future. Think of it as a sort of media hub for audio content produced by the students, staff and administrators at Minneapolis Public Schools. And by audio content, I mean just about anything you can imagine: Podcasts, music, music shows, News, interviews with community members and leaders, sports play-by-play and other sports related content, and much much more. Endless possibilities!
The overall mission of MPS Voices is to provide an audio platform for anyone and everyone at Minneapolis Public Schools to produce or contribute audio content for a listening audience on a live audio stream, and also on demand on this very website mpsvoices.com. If you are a part of MPS – if you are a student, a teacher, an administrator, a coach… if you are an alum of an MPS school – whatever the case may be – and would like to contribute content of any kind, or just have some questions.
