The 3rd graders at Hall STEM Elementary have been learning, discussing, writing about, and creating art around environmental justice, the Hennepin Energy Recovery Center (HERC) stands a little over a mile from Hall STEM Academy and has been at the center of a local environmental justice debate in recent years.
